RAIL LOCK SCREW

These particular screws were developed as an alternative to Track Spikes; they are galvanized to extend life and performance, minimize vibration in addition to many other benefits compared with track spikes.

TIE PLATES

Single and Double Shoulder Tie Plates are available. They are great for prolonging the life of wood ties and increasing track stability, offering improved load distribution of ties, in addition to maintenance of correct cant and consistent bearing surface of the rail.

JOINT BAR

The Joint Bar is a metal bar designed to be bolted to the ends of two of the same or differing rail sections while maintaining the gauge and running surfaces alignment. Track Bolts will need to be ordered in addition to the joint bars and are available from RailLock.

TRACK BOLT & NUT SET

Button Head Oval Neck Track Bolts

Used for joint bar connections, these bolts come with an oval neck and button head, allowing single wrench application, and they also come supplied with a heavy square or hexagonal nut and spring washer.

Hex Head Bolts

Used for crane rail joint bar connections with tight joints

Manufactured to ASTM A325 complete with heavy hex nuts and 3/8 lock washer.

Square Head Bolt

Used with self-guarded frogs and heel blocks

Manufactured to SAE Grade 5 specifications.

RAIL ANCHORS

Rail anchors are produced from spring steel in single piece construction; they are designed to eliminate creepage of track. They are very good for prolonging the life of wood ties. To install these anchors we recommend using a standard spike maul due to being a drive type anchor.

STEEL RAILS

We have a variety of Billets and blooms available to produce many sections of rail ranging from (10 lbs. to 176 lbs.) in lengths from 38 Feet to 80 Feet.

RAIL CLIP
BY RAIL LOCK

A heavy-duty spring-steel resilient track fastener that continues to grip the rail under vibration that can be installed either mechanically or manually.

RAIL LOCK
ALUMINOTHERMIC WELD KIT

Offers an alternative on-site welding solution, when continuously welded rail are not available.

Single Use Crucible available

STEEL TRACK TIES

Developed from pressed steel, using a hook-in-shoulder design. Applications include switch installations, installation onto existing ballast. Insulated ties prevent conduction, allowing track circuit train detection systems to be utilized.

The benefits of a long service life, reduced weight and adaptability compared with concrete and timber ties make them a good choice in many situations.

COMPOSITE RAILROAD TIES

Manufactured from recycled materials, the composite ties are long life with an estimated lifecycle of 40 years. Resistant to the following elements: rust, moisture, fungi, splinter and insect infestation.
